The perfect blend of different Casa da Passarella vineyards, with different characteristics, expressed in a blend of some of the most iconic grape varieties in the Dão region.
Grape Varieties: Encruzado, Malvasia Fina and Verdelho.
Tasting Notes: Citrus color. Aroma of rosemary, sage with citrus fruits. In the mouth it is a wine of great elegance with firm freshness. Long aftertaste.
Vinification: Pre-fermentation maceration, fermentation in stainless steel vats, battonage in stainless steel vats.
Gastronomy: Multipurpose (salads, white meat and fish).
