Conceito Vintage 2021

The Vale da Teja terroir ensures grapes with excellent acidity and balance, thanks to their soils, altitude, variety of varieties. Traditionally, large Tawny Ports come from here. It was therefore a big surprise when Concept certified the first Vintage Port, from the 2005 vintage. The wine had an impeccable structure, color and concentration, offering a full and ripe mouth, without losing the fantastic acidity that this area offers. In the classic year of 2007, vintage still managed to be more elegant and complex. The concept vintages reflect the philosophy of the house and its careful and rigorous oenology. In the meantime, more than a decade has passed and the wines are evolving like great vintages, gaining in subtlety and complexity, wines of pleasure from the first moment, without compromises as to their longevity. It goes perfectly with desserts based on chocolate, or apple, as well as dried fruits or fatty cheeses.
