With grapes sourced from one of the highest areas in Quinta Vale de Cavalos, this sparkling wine is made entirely from the Rabigato grape. It's a living proof of the richness and versatility of the Douro Demarcated Region.

Tasting Notes: COLOUR: Brilliant straw yellow. AROMA: Citric with toasted notes. PALATE: Vibrant acidity, with a very compelling creamy mousse texture.

Serving Tips: Goes especially well with suckling pig or seafood.

Vinification: Grape selection in the field and harvested manually. Fermentation under controlled temperature.

Ageing: Fermentation and ageing in second-year barrels for 18 months, followed by 12 months in the bottle after the second fermentation. Dégorgement 2025.-->
