Tasting Notes: Colour red ruby. This wine features an unusual elegance of ruby color and purplish nuances, the scent reminiscent of wildflowers and roses in the mouth features a fresh structure and a dry finish.
Vinification: Handpicked grapes. Cold and "macération carbonique" about 7 days. 12 Months of storage and maturation in french wooden barrels of 500lts.
