Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz.
Tasting Note: Very elegant and fresh aroma of red fruits and very floral, where red fruit and freshness combine perfectly with balsamic wood notes. In the mouth it is full-bodied, fruity with balsamic notes with round tannins. It has a long and persistent finish that completes the picture of a good wine.
Vinification: Total destemming with crushing, after careful selection of the grapes. Fermentation in vats at controlled temperature, to preserve the fruity and floral aromas of the varieties. 50% of the wine aged in 2nd and 3rd year French oak barrels for 12 months.
Gastronomy: This wine is ideal to accompany red meats, as well as roasts, as well as soft cheeses. It should be served between 15-17º C. It will evolve, calmly and progressively, over the next 7 years. Winemaker: Carloto Magalhães
