Tasting Note: Greenish yellow. Aromatically very attractive, dominated by notes of citrus and tropical fruit involved in great freshness and minerality. In the mouth is smooth, with refreshing acidity and minerality. It ends long. Harmonizes perfectly with starters, shellfish, fish dishes, some white meats, cheese and apple pie.
Vinification: Manual harvest, partly fermented in stainless steel and 6% in used French oak barrels.
Winemaker: Bernardo Cabral
