Wines produced exclusively with grapes from our own production and native grape varieties (Bairrada region), from small editions that reveal unexpected sensations, which raise questions! We minimize the use of sulfur dioxide, wines are not always filtered, vegan wines (we do not use any animal products during the entire manufacturing process).
Grape Varieties: 85% Baga, 15% Touriga Nacional.
Soil: Clay-limestone (Baga) / Sandy (Touriga Nacional).
Vinification: Total destemming. Fermentation with skins for 2 weeks. 75% of the wine was aged in wood for 6 months, the rest was vinified only in cement and stainless steel.
Enology: Maria João Pato and Luís Pato.
