Kite Duck Branco 2022

An orange wine made whith Baga juice macerated with Maria Gomes skins.

Grape Varieties: 95% Baga, 5% Maria Gomes.

Soil: Clay-limestone (Baga) / Sandy (Maria Gomes).

Vinification: Berry liquid fermented in 1000L egg with Maria Gomes film for 5 days. Aged in heavily used French oak casks for 6 months. No sulfites.

Enology: Maria João Pato and Luís Pato.

Wines produced exclusively with grapes from our own production and native grape varieties (Bairrada region), from small editions that reveal unexpected sensations, which raise questions! We minimize the use of sulfur dioxide, wines are not always filtered, vegan wines (we do not use any animal products during the entire manufacturing process).
