Tasting Note: Citrine yellow color with slight greenish hints. It presents aromas of melon blossom, white pulp fruits and light notes of vanilla. In the mouth it shows dominant acidity, balanced by the structure and unctuousness presented by this wine.
Winemaking: The grapes are kept after harvesting in a cold chamber for about 24 hours before pressing. Fermentation took place in French oak barrels with acacia tops. After fermentation, the wine remained in barrels “sur lies”, with weekly “batonnage”, for 8 months.
