Grape Varieties: Antão Vaz, Arinto, Verdelho and Perrum.
Soil Type: Loam-Clay Soil.
Tasting Notes: Colour of pale straw, clear and bright. Fine, fresh aroma in which citrus and passion fruit notes appear. In mouth, it is fresh, elegant and balanced.
Vinification: The grapes were hand-picked and transported to our cellar in a small boxes. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for 30 days.
