Grape Varieties: Mostly Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional. Vines on schist soil. Made with grapes from 40 years old vineyards at Quinta do Cabido and Quinta Chão do Pereiro.
Winemaking: Hand picked grapes for small boxes. Stalk followed crushing and pumping for stainless steel vats. Fermentation with controlled temperature, smooth reassembly, final maceration of a week. Malolactic fermentation in vat.
Ageing: 18 months in used French oak barrels.
