Tasting Note: With a solid color, Reserva Tinto is a Douro wine with enveloping aromas with exotic nuances. In the mouth, it reveals firm, enveloping tannins with good complexity.
Winemaking: 100% destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Ageing: Part in stainless steel vats, 10 months in French oak barrels and 8 months in bottle.
Pairing: Red meats, roasts, traditional sausages and buttered sheep's cheese.
Ageing Ability: Many years after bottling.
