Tasting Note: With a citrus color, the wine initially shows good floral, citrus and slightly tropical notes, later evolving to minerality notes. In the mouth, it is fresh, with a good fruit character and a persistent volume, which ends with a pleasant greasy feeling. On the whole it is elegant and well structured, revealing a good gastronomic aptitude.
Winemaking: The grapes were harvested by hand, at their ideal point of maturation, aiming to present a balanced maturation, leading to higher aromatic concentrations. 20% of the blend partially fermented in French oak barrels, increasing the richness and complexity of the wine.
Pairing: Seafood, fish stew or an Asian curry. Goes well with cooked fish.
