Grapes: Touriga Nacional coming from a single plot - the highest in the northernmost vineyard of the demarcated Douro region. Grapes from vineyards from certified organic farming.
Tasting Note: Intense ruby red color. Young aroma with good intensity, complexity and elegance. Floral aromas (orange blossom, bergamot and violets) and woods and pine forests stand out. Slight sensations to spices. Very soft, silky attack. Beautiful structure supported by elegant tannins but surrounded by excellent fruit that gives a long finish. The floral and balsamic notes that stand out in the mouth add elegance. The set reveals freshness.
Winemaking: Manual harvest for small boxes. Manual selection of bunches on the choice table. Total destemming followed by gentle crushing. Spontaneous fermentation in a granite mill with smooth extraction by breaking the mantle. Post-fermentative maceration. Aged in Austrian oak barrels with light toast, new and used, for 12 months. Wine not filtered or stabilized by the cold. You can create a deposit.
Consumption: It should be enjoyed at a temperature of 16ºC.
