Grape Varieties: Bical (35%), Chardonnay (20%), Arinto (10%) and Maria Gomes (35%).
Tasting Notes: Citrus yellow color. Intense aroma, with light toasted notes, citrus, dried flowers and dry vegetable. On the palate it has a fresh attack, good structure and balance, and its acidity gives it a beautiful taste persistence, complemented by remarkable aromas in the mouth.
Vinification: After a very delicate pressing of the grapes, harvested in the first half of September, the must fermented for 15 days in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature. The elaboration, following the classic method, began in spring, with the brewing, with the refermentation taking place in a cellar for 15 days at 16ºC, followed by a period of ageing in the bottle, on lees, for 20 months.
Ageing Potential: 2 years after dégorgement
Recommended Dishes: Appetizers, fish, white meat and desserts. Should be served at 7/9ºC.
