Acidity and body well structured and in harmony with sweetness and tannins. Sweet wine, very full-bodied and rich in old hull aromas where roasted almonds and vanilla predominate. It is a unique, rewarding wine with a long lifespan.
Gastronomy: Attractive for any occasion. Special at the end of the meal as a digestive par excellence. Serve at temperatures not exceeding 18ºC. It doesn't have to be decanted. After opening, the wine will remain for several months in good condition.
