Soils: Schist and Granite.
Tasting Note: Color: ruby violet. Nose: Intense, fruity with hints of ripe cherry and some menthol notes. Mouth: smooth round attack, with good freshness, round tannins and a long finish.
Vinification: Hand harvest. Selection the grapeson a choice table. Gravity filling. Indigenous yeast fermentation.
Ageing: 8 months in old French oak barrels.
