Grape Varieties: Blend of typical Douro grape varieties with a predominance of Rabigato, Malvasia Fina and Códega do Larinho. Old vines over 60 years old planted at altitudes between 500m and 650m.
Tasting Notes: It has a crystalline and straw color, revealing fresh aromas, citrus fruit and stone, very light on the nose. When tasting, it presents good volume in the mouth, salty, marked acidity, curious and captivating. A wine with a lot of personality, balanced and elegant, with notes of citrus fruit and a medium and round aftertaste.
Vinification: After manual selection on a choice mat and subsequent natural cold decantation for 24 hours, this White Detail fermented in a stainless steel tank, aging with the fine lees until bottling in order to give a good volume in the mouth and minimize primary fruits , preserving its freshness and minerality that contrast with a very balanced acidity, typical characteristics of mica schist soils. As with all Pormenor Vinhos wines, human intervention is minimal while working in the cellar, eliminating as much as possible the addition of chemical products.
Ageing: In stainless steel vats on fine lees until bottling.
Gastronomy: It goes well with grilled fish and seafood, white meat and pasta.
