Portal Moscatel do Douro

Grape Varieties: Moscatel Galego 100%.

Tasting Note: It has an extremely elegant, faint golden color. With a delicate body, with an excellent sweet/acidity balance, it easily betrays the variety from which it originated, due to the fresh exuberance of its aroma and flavor.

Vinification: Manual harvesting. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Temperature controlled at 14-16°C preceded by cold skin maceration.

Ageing Awaits bottling, in conditions suitable for preserving its freshness.

Serving suggestion: It should be served chilled as an aperitif or to accompany white fruit pies. It can also be enjoyed in a cocktail version, with 1/2 Moscatel, 1/2 tonic water, peppermint, a slice of lemon and ice. When you feel the need for a refreshing drink, Moscatel Portal Tónico will be the ideal drink.
