Procura Rosé 2020

O Procura Rosé comes from vineyards in the Portalegre region. The combination of two grape varieties, Aragonês and Moscatel Roxo found in old vineyards Serra de São Mamede, gives it an aroma and characteristics unique, resulting in a dry, fresh and gastronomic wine.

Grape Varieties: 85% Aragonese and 15% Moscatel Roxo.

Winemaking: Manual harvest in 20kg boxes with strict choice at the entrance to the winery . Vinification in stainless steel vats with temperature control. Stage in stainless steel vat.

Tasting Note: The color of the moscatel roxo is very present, as well as its aroma, which imposes together with orange peel and orange blossom aroma. At mouth is dry, fresh and full-bodied. Without a doubt a different Rosé.
