Tasting Notes: Very fruity aroma with notes of red fruits, fresh, long and elegant.
Vinification: In stainless steel vats with temperature control. Prolonged maceration.
Ageing: 12 months in 50% 3000L French oak “foudres” and 50% 500L barrels.
Service Temperature: 15º.
Shelf Life: More than 10 years.
