Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz.
Tasting Notes: Floral notes flavour, black fruit jam and soft wood complex, good acidity and very pronounced tannins. Large mouth presence, long and powerful.
Winemaking: Manual harvest in 25kg cases; alcoholic fermentation during 15-20 days in stainless steel vats with temperature control.
Ageing: Stainless steel vats, oak barrels and bottle.
Pairing: Game and grilled meat.
