QUINTA DA PEDRA, one of the most historic properties in Alto Minho, with roots in the 17th century, is today the largest continuous vineyard of the Alvarinho variety in Portugal. This extensive property with 43 hectares of vineyards benefits from granite soils and generous sun exposure. Alvarinho is one of the most noble and unique Portuguese grape varieties. The monovarietals of this variety are full-bodied wines, with an intense aroma, complex and persistent flavor, with good aging potential.
