Terroir: Climate influenced by the Atlantic, mitigated by some insulation. Soil made from the breakdown of granite rock.
Tasting Note: Clear, greenish-yellow colour. Mild hints of tropical fruit like pineapple and lychee, with a touch citric, reveals us elegance and freshness in the mouth. The well-balanced acidity and tannins lend it a long finish.
Service Temperature: Serve between 11º and 12ºC.
Longevity: Until 10 years after date of the harvest.
