Grape Varieties: 50% Touriga Nacional, 30% Touriga Franca,15% Tinta Roriz, and 5% Sousão. All the grapes used in this wine are from Quinta de La Rosa.
Tasting Note: A typical Quinta de la Rosa wine, aromatically rich with a balance between ripe, fresh fruit and spices. On the palate it has a generosity of ripe grapes that is in perfectly harmony with the wine’s acidity. An elegant wine that also shows its Douro character. Suitable for Vegans.
Winemaking: Fermentation in stainless steel vats, followed by ageing for 12 months in used French oak barrels. The excellent structure is a guarantee of its potential aging in the bottle for several years.
Pairing: Very versatile and easy to pair with meals. From cod dishes to meats. Curry, spices and Ratatatouille.
