From the desire to explore and enhance our terroir and our imagination, through the experimentation of new vineyard practices, new vinifications in the cellar, daring in the image with new packaging, new partnerships with producers, new lots, new varieties, without rules, without dogmas and without fear of taking chances, in 2015 we created the brand “Rascunho”. The representation of the experimental and creative side of Quinta de Santiago and with the intention of rehearsing new paths, sharing the results, ideas and experiences, with the connoisseurs.

Tasting Notes: It’s a sweet wine, with a crunchy acidity, full of character, with flaws, full of passion and vibrant expression. Fine, fresh, elegant and persistent.
