Grape Varieties: Viosinho (70%) and Gouveio (30%). Vineyards over 20 years old.
Tasting Note: Color Light yellow citrine. Intense nose where the fruitiness and vanillas and hints of almond from the French oak fermentation come together, with a slight ageing and bâtonnage. Mouth Round, because the excellent freshness blends with the soft structure, giving it volume and even the aftertaste is fresh and with the viscosity of the wine remaining in harmony.
Vinification: Manual harvesting of the grapes in 22Kg boxes, subject to rigorous pre-selection at the entrance to the winery. Later de-stemmed and pressed. Long alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank with controlled temperatures of 17ºC and lipstick.
Ageing: In stainless steel vats and partly in French oak barrels.
Filtration: By plates followed by polypropylene cartridge.
