This Fine Ruby has a unique personality it’s fermented in tainless steel vessels with 100% grape-stripping in a controlled-temperature. It is the result of three harvests.
Grape Varieties: The most noble grape varieties in the Douro.
Tasting Note: Of ruby color, the Fine Ruby is a Port Wine with a fruity, dense and ripe aroma. In the mouth, it reveals complex, balanced, with persistent finish of ripe fruit.
Gastronomy: Goat and sheep blue cheeses, red meats, light chocolates and fresh desserts.
Winemaking: Stalking 100% fermented in vats with automatic reassembly and temperature control.
Ageing: 16 months in stainless steel vats, 12 months in oak barrels and 3 months in bottle.
Ageing Capacity: It is a wine with intensity and character that project is ageing, predict that the wine maintain a positive ageing, freshness and youth during next years.
