Tira o Véu branco comes from an exceptional vineyard of more than 85 years located in the Serra de São Mamede at 700 meters of altitude with a mixture of traditional grape varieties. Skin fermentation in Amphora and ageing under a flower veil for 9 months.

Tasting Note: The nose is intense with nuances of orange peel giving it a unique complexity that is transmitted in the mouth where we feel the skin maceration in a very subtle and elegant way.
Vinification: Manual harvest, for 20kg boxes, with strict selection in the cellar. Vinification in Amphoras with 30% of skin contact, in December of the same year the peels were removed, but remained at the Amphoras until July of the following year. and that is typical of the making of Jerez wines.
