Grapes: Touriga Nacional 50%, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz, Baga, Jaen and others. Vineyards over 50 years old.

Tasting Note: The personality of a great wine is revealed in its unique and authentic essence of the terroir where it was created. Vinha Othon Reserva 2015 demonstrates the magnitude of the Dão da Quinta da Vinha Paz. It presents a brilliant deep red color with brick nuances. On the nose it expresses notes of high aromatic complexity with notes of ripe red fruit, rosemary, pine needles and fine spices combined with expressions of dry fruits from the Quinta. In the mouth it is very velvety, soft with the presence of round tannins, complex with notes of mineral freshness. It shows a personalized sensorial cut, with definition of an elegant and long finish with a high bouquet.

Gastronomy: Should be served at 18ºC to accompany dishes game and cheese.

Soil: Granite.

Winemaking: Integrated production method. Manual harvest with selection of the best grapes. Light filtration.
