Ribeiro Santo Reserva Tinto 2020

Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Alfrocheiro, Tinta Roriz.

Tasting Note: Medium ruby color. Black fruits aroma combined with some spices like black pepper. A fresh and elegant wine with structure and exuberance and persistent finish. Balance between the oak barrel influence and acidity.

Winemaking: Total destemming. Maceration for 24h with low temperatures before the alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. Soft reassembly to extract color and aroma. Transfer to new French oak barrels of 225L, for 9 months, previously used for fermenting white wines.

Pairing: Pairs perfectly with roasted meat dishes, dried nuts, mushroom and soft cheeses.

Acceptable storage time: 5 to 15 Years.
