Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional and Aragonez.
Tasting Notes: Pale pink color. Minerality and notes of red fruit. Good volume in the mouth and pronounced freshness.
Vinification: Manual harvest in 12 kg boxes. After selection on a sorting mat, the grapes were subjected to a peculiar cold maceration. Fermentation took place in small stainless steel vats at a temperature of 15ºC for 17 days.
Aging: In bottle for a period of two months.
