Cabriolet Tinto 2018

In 2015 for the first time, since making wines in Alentejo, a Touriga Nacional surprised me by its sharpness and complexity. Thus the first Cabriolet was born, which only Will “circulate” when a certain variety, in a given year, comes back to us surprising, as happened with this 2017 Touriga Nacional.

Grape Varieties: 100% Touriga Nacional

Tasting Note: Deep violet color. Intense floral aroma, predominating violet. The wood is perfectly integrated both in the aroma and in the mouth.

Winemaking: Manual harvest in 20 kg boxes with strict selection at the entrance to the cellar. Vinified in mills with temperature control. Bottling.
