Grape Varieties: Tinta Roriz

Tasting Note: Color: Deep Ruby. Aroma: Ripe fruit, floral notes to the variety. Flavor: Vinous, full-bodied and elegant.

Winemaking: 100% destemming. Vinified in stainless steel vats with temperature control.

Ageing: 4 months in used French oak barrels and 6 months in bottle.

Pairing: Buttered Goat and Sheep cheeses, traditional sausages, red meats, game and consistent traditional dishes.

Ageing Ability: Positive aging in the bottle is expected for many years after bottling.
