Grape varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon
Tasting Note: Garnet color, with an intense aroma of ripe black fruits, with notes of pepper and spice. Good structure and concentration, excellent acidity, with surrounding tannins and a long and persistent finish.
Winemaking: After manual harvesting, the grapes are totally destemmed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats, with a controlled temperature of 28ºC, followed by a skin maceration with daily delastage, for 2 weeks. The wine ages for 16 months in French oak barrels.
