Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional (35%), Sousão (35%), Jaen / Mencia (30%).
Origin: Grapes from non-irrigated vineyards in the Douro Superior, grown in organic production. The vines are planted exclusively with varieties perfectly adapted to the climate and soils of the region, allowing sustainable viticulture, with minimal intervention and in balance with the region's ecosystem.
Tasting Notes: Great aromatic purity, intense and very fresh, with notes of violets and fruits wild, characteristic of the varieties that give rise to it. In the mouth you can feel the aroma notes in an intense, elegant and long set.
Vinification: 100% manual harvest, for small perforated boxes. Reception, destemming and crushing. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation for 3 weeks.
Ageing: Ageing in bottle for 9 months.
