Grape Varieties: Verdelho (60%), Rabigato (40%).
Origin: Grapes from non-irrigated vineyards in the Douro Superior, grown in organic production. The vines are planted exclusively with grape varieties perfectly adapted to the climate and soils of the region, allowing for sustainable viticulture, with minimal intervention and in balance with the region's ecosystem.
Tasting Notes: Great aromatic purity, mineral complex, exotic fruits, citrus and white field flowers, characteristic of the grape varieties that give rise to it. In the mouth you can feel the aroma notes in an intense and creamy set, with volume and freshness, very long.
Vinification: Manual harvest into small 15Kg perforated boxes, whole bunches without destemming, using very gentle crushing and pressing processes. A great effort is made to ensure that all pre-fermentation operations are carried out with the utmost rigor, in order to interfere as little as possible with the intrinsic quality of the grapes. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts.
Ageing: Ageing on fine lees in stainless steel vats for 3 months.
Winemaker: Rui Roboredo Madeira
