Chocapalha Castelão Tinto 2020

Grape Varieties: 100% Castelão. Vineyards aged 30.

Tasting Notes: Deep red color. It is a very fruity and very elegant wine, with round and velvety tannins.
It presents a long and fresh finish.

Winemaking: The grapes, previously destemmed, underwent a pre-fermentative maceration at low temperatures for 12 hours. The alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel vats, with temperature control, not exceeding 25ºC, for 12 days. The wine aged 50%, for 15 months, in French oak barrels of second and third use.
