Grape Varieties: 100% Sauvignon Blanc. 25 year old vineyards.
Tasting Notes: Bright and intense in color, this wine has an aromatic complexity very characteristic of the Sauvignon Blanc variety, with asparagus notes associated with some mineral notes. It is a very balanced, elegant wine with a good volume in the mouth.
Vinification: Fermentation took place for 21 days in stainless steel vats. The wine was in contact with the fine lees for 4 months.
