Grape Varieties: 100% Arinto. Vineyards aged 28.
Tasting Notes: Bright and intense color. This wine has an aromatic complexity very characteristic of the variety, with good citrus and mineral notes. It is a very fresh wine, well balanced in the mouth, with a natural acidity very characteristic of the Arinto variety and with some salty notes.
Vinification: Fermentation took place for 22 days in stainless steel vats and the wine was in contact with fine lees for 4 months.
