Tasting Notes: Bright and intense color. Very aromatic, fresh and highly mineralized wine reflecting the climate of the Atlantic Ocean.
Vinification: Fermentation took place for 32 days in stainless steel vats. The wine was in contact with fine lees for 4 months.
