Conceito Único Branco 2019

Grape Varieties: Field mix with around 10 different traditional grape varieties, including Rabigato, Códega do Larinho, Códega, Gouveio, Donzelinho Branco, Folgazão, Arinto.

Vineyards: Granitic soils. Made from a special portion of a very old, pre-phylloxeric vineyard, on a small granite plateau (altitude 600m).

Winemaking: The grapes are handpicked into small boxes, before being refrigerated and then pressed in a pneumatic press, without destemming. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in controlled temperature French oak barrels and regular bâtonnage up to one month before bottling, which took place in July 2016.

Ageing: 11 months in used French oak barrels with regular bâtonnage. 6 months in bottle.
