Grape Varieties: Rabigato, Códega do Larinho, Códega and Arinto. A 10 years old vineyard on a small granite plateau with 600m high in Vila Nova de Foz Côa.
Winemaking: The grapes are refrigerated and then pressed in a pneumatic press. Cold decanting, followed by fermentation in stainless steel barrels and vats, with controlled temperature and regular bâtonnage up to one month before bottling.
Ageing: 6 months in new and used French oak barrels (30% of wine) and stainless steel vats (70%), with regular bâtonnage.
