Grapes: 100% Arinto dos Açores from old vines.

Region: Pico Island / Azores.

Vinification: Foot treading before pressing in a vertical stainless steel press with subsequent indigenous fermentation. Sulfitation after alcoholic fermentation and in pre-bottling.

Consumption Temperature: 10º-12ºC

Pairing: Cheese, Fish, Seafood and Meat.
