“Quinta de Rial” and “Quinta do Outeiro” are two historic farms in Ponte da Barca, located in Crasto, next to the river Vade, not far from the river Lima, whose foundation dates back to the 17th century. XII and XVI, and who have always been dedicated to agriculture. After having been shared, they came together again for a common wine project. The PAR-TI-LHA wine arises from the enormous desire and enthusiasm to return to sharing the grapes and wines that our ancestors used to harvest and make there, with passion for the place, the land and the people who work there.
Grape Varieties: Loureiro
Tasting Notes: Citrine colored young wine with greenish reflections. On the nose it has aromas of lemon and orange peel. In the mouth it is a very fresh wine, with volume and unctuousness.
Vinification: Grapes grown in granitic soils and manually harvested. Fermentation in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature of 14ºC and aging for 4 months in total lees.
Pairing: Starters, salads, fish, seafood, sushi and white meat. It should be served between 8ºC and 10ºC.
