Giroflé Rosé 2022

Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Syrah.

Tasting Notes: This wine has an intense aroma with floral notes well balanced with strawberries and raspberries. In the mouth it is long and fresh.

Gastronomy: Great company for a barbecue, Japanese, Italian or simply by itself.

Winemaking: Harvest made at night to prevent the grapes from reaching the cellar with high temperatures. The must was in contact with the films for about 5 hours to obtain a light salmon color. Later they were pressed in a pneumatic press protected from oxidation and fermented in stainless steel vats.
