Tasting Note: Salmon in color, the nose shows a floral component, namely violets and rose petals. In the mouth we find freshness and volume qb, in a dry profile, highlighting delicate notes of red fruit and pomegranate. Persistent and pleasant aftertaste.
Vinification: Reception of the grapes in the cellar in 24kg boxes. Manual selection followed by destemming and skin maceration. The must fermented for about a year in wood. Stabilization and bottling. No animal derivatives are used in the process, making this wine suitable for vegan consumers. Special care was taken in vinification, minimizing any intervention, with the aim of producing a wine that expresses well the particularities of the grapes and terroir.
