Grape Varieties: Trincadeira, Aragonez and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Soils: Of granite/schist origin, clay loam structure.
Climate: Continental Mediterranean. High daily temperatures in the summer months, good summer temperature range.
Tasting Notes: Bright pale salmon color. Captivating aroma due to its mineral freshness. In the mouth it shows medium body, notes of green grapefruit and white plum skin. Ends incisive and persistent.
Vinification: The grapes were gently pressed using a pneumatic press. After pressing, decantation followed for 48 hours at low temperatures. The must fermented in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures.
Serving Suggestions: Very versatile wine, which goes well with all types of snacks, seafood, grilled fish dishes or delicate fish baked in the oven. It goes well with well-seasoned fresh salads and pastas, as well as light Asian-inspired food.
