Herdade do Rocim Branco 2023

The “Herdade do Rocim” White is a genuine wine produced in accordance with the know-how and passion of generations who have always had the greatest respect and fondness for the land.

Grape Varieties: Antão Vaz, Arinto e Viosinho.

Tasting Notes: Greenish in colour. Mineral and citric aroma. A freshness and complexity that reveal the grapes original terroir.

Vinification: Manual harvest into 12kg boxes. After a period of cold maceration, fermentation took place in inox vats at a controlled temparature of 14,5ºC for 21 days.

Ageing: Bottle ageing for two months.

Winemaker: Catarina Vieira e Pedro Ribeiro.
