This wine was produced exclusively from the arinto variety. Its strong character reveals the perfect symbiosis between the variety and its origin along the Alentejo coast. A raw version, without the use of barrels or filtration, for everyone to enjoy.
Grape Varieties: Arinto
Tasting Notes: Greenish-yellow color and cloudy appearance (unfiltered wine). In the aroma of citrus fruits, pineapple, and with notes of brioche. In the mouth it is a wine with vibrant and mineral acidity. With a remarkable texture, finishing long and saline.
Vinification: Manual harvest, grapes cooling in a cold room. At a low temperature, the grapes are carefully pressed in a whole bunch, only the first must being used for this wine. Fermentation took place in a stainless steel tank, followed by an aging period on fine lees for 6 months. This wine has not had any filtration or stabilization before being bottled.
Ageing: Aged for 6 months in stainless steel vats.
Gastronomy: This is a wine of considerable versatility, being a great option to accompany starters such as pumpkin soup, humus or carpaccio, but also goose barnacles or Spanish-style mussels. Also experiment with more exotic cuisine, such as Indian or Nepalese. It should be served chilled at a temperature of 8ºC.
